Mr. Surin Sahachato Phokanant, CEO of Primo Service Solution Co., Ltd. or PRI, a leading provider of comprehensive modern real estate services, disclosed the Q1/2025 performance (January-March) showing total revenue of 350 million Baht and a net profit of 39 million Baht. This is due to the company establishing a foundation for continuous revenue generation across all real estate service segments, from upstream to downstream, and expanding into new business areas, allowing for comprehensive All-in-One service packages that cover all customer needs. The highlight business segment is Living & Earning Service, which is the main driver of revenue growth, with a revenue target of 1.85 billion Baht for 2025. The segment that generated the highest revenue for the company in Q1/2025 was the downstream segment - post-sale residential services (Living & Earning Services), generating 162 million Baht, accounting for 46% of total revenue.

Additionally, based on the operational results and past profits, the board of directors has approved a dividend payment for the operational results and profits to unit holders at the rate of 0.3125 Baht per share. The ex-dividend date (XD) will be announced on May 27, 2025, with the record date for shareholders entitled to receive dividends on May 28, 2025, and the payment scheduled for June 16, 2025. The company is confident that the overall performance for 2025 will grow according to the set target, with plans to expand services to additional real estate projects outside the group and invest in technology to enhance customer experience further.
